How to Order:

We do not accept telephone orders. Please e-mail your order to our Sales Department for a FREE quotation.

If your business if located in California and you intend to resell the t-shirts, please complete a California Resale Form.

1.  Send an e-mail with the following information:

• Your name and company name. 
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Telephone number
• Item number(s) to be ordered.
• Shirt color(s) and size(s).
• Location and size of the imprint.
• PMS colors for the imprint.  You can refer to Artwork to see the color choices.
• How do you wish to pay?
• Please attached your vector artwork to the email.

2. We will reply with a invoice along with answers to any of your questions. We will also attach a virtual sample if requested. You can pay by check or Credit Card.  If you intend to pay by credit card, please complete our Credit Card Authorization Form.  There is a 3% bank charge for credit card use.

We will also ask for the information above if not provided.

3. You reply with answers to any of our questions.  You should indicate how you wish to pay for your order.  

We cannot start production until we have received your payment.

Order Information:

Cancellation Charges: Orders cancelled during production will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation. Embroidered items add $100.00.

Change of Copy Charge:  Silk-Screened items - same as set up charge for that item.

Change of Print Color Charge:  Silk-Screened items add $25.00 per change.

Changes to an Order:  Any changes made to an order (by phone) after received at factory must be confirmed in writing, email or by fax. Note: Changes may delay shipments and charges may apply.

Samples: GIFTCO will provide up to $10 worth of random samples.  You must pay the freight to ship the samples for your review.

RUSH Service:  There is not RUSH service for apparel.

Less than Minimum Quantity:  The minimum quantity displayed on each catalog page is the lowest amount you can order for that product.  You cannot order less than the minimum amount shown.

Confirming Orders: All confirming orders must be clearly marked as such. GIFTCO will not be responsible for duplication of orders if "Confirmation" was not clearly marked on order.

Packaging:  Shirts are packed in bulk. To Individually Poly Bag, add $0.10 per shirt. Must Specify on PO.

Pricing: Pricing in this catalog is subject to change without notice. We do our best to maintain current pricing on the web site. Invoices will reflect current pricing and will not be adjusted to reflect any previously offered pricing or online pricing.

Silk-Screen Imprint Area: 

• Standard: Center Chest: 12" W x 12" H
• Optional: Left Chest: 4" W x 4" H
• Back: 12" W x 12" H
• Sleeve: 3" W x 3" H

Set-up charges for printed t-shirts:  Set up charges will apply to all orders.   The initial set-up charge is $30.00 per color.  Exact reorders are $25.00 per color. This charge is shown on each individual product page.

Set-up charges for embroidered polo shirts:  $100.00 for all new orders. For designs exceeding 5,000 stitches, add $35.00 per each additional 1,000 stitches to the embroidery tape charge and $0.35 running charge for every additional 1,000 stitches to the price of the shirt. Price includes up to 7 thread colors and 5,000 stitches

Lead-time:  The lead-time for printed t-shirts is 3 - 5 working days. The lead time for embroidered polo shirts is 12 working days. 

Printing:  We can print spot colors only. We do not offer 4-Color printing. Our pricing includes a one-color imprint.  Additional colors are $0.35 per piece/color/position.

Shipping:  Shipping via UPS or FedEx, whichever is less expensive. Please send us your shipping address for a free freight quote. Please note that UPS and FedEx charge extra for residential delivery.  Handling Charges of $3.00 will apply to all orders.

Canadian Customers:  We ship to Canada using your UPS, FedEx or Purolator account number.  We do not ship prepaid to Canada. We are not responsible for any import fees or taxes.

Drop Shipping:  Orders with more than one delivery address will incur a drop ship charge of $10.00 after the first address.

C.O.D. Shipment:  Not available.

Returns:  Once blank items are decorated, no returns will be accepted.

Care Instructions:  Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry medium. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Complaints:  Complaints must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment.

Please Note:  Apparel pricing changes weekly. Please check for current pricing before submitting your order. There is a 15% restocking fee for all cancelled orders that have not reached production. Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
